​By joining our workshops, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below:

• Refunds will not be granted to participants who do not show up or is unable to stay for the full duration of the workshop.

• Any photographs or videos taken during the workshop taken by DEER FOLKS may be used for publicity purposes.

If you have purchased an item from DEER FOLKS, do note that

• Strictly no refund or exchange.

• Do let us know if there is any issue with the item.
  

• We will not be responsible for any missing parcel that was shipped out without any tracking number.

For custom orders:

• A draft will be provided about a week before the piece is due. Upon agreement of the draft, please note that no further changes can be made.
