Where are you from?

How can I cancel order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations. Please let us know how else we can help!

What’s your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be done as store credits.

Customised or sale items are not eligible for return.

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to us — we’ll make it right.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Singapore: 3–5 working days
International: 7–21 working days, depending on destination

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

Do you restock sold-out items?

We produce in small batches, so restocks are not always guaranteed — but popular styles may return! You can click “Notify Me” on the product page to get an alert if it’s restocked.

Do you ship internationally?

Local shipping (Singapore):
$3.50 flat (tracked)

International shipping:
Malaysia & Brunei: $10 flat (tracked)
Rest of the world: $25 flat (tracked)

Please note that any applicable taxes or import duties will be borne by the customer.

Customisation

What is the return policy?

All customisations are handmade with care. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for any customisation products. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — we’ll be happy to help make things right.

How do I order a piece?

For customised hoop/embroidered Kanken work:
Please refer to the information under Customisation. We open custom slots every few months and announce them on Instagram — follow us @deerfolks to stay updated!

For shirt customisation:
For shirt customisation, please refer to the details shared under the respective product listings.

How far in advance should I place an order or enquiry?

For customised hoops/embroidered Kanken work:
We take in orders on on an irregular basis, and updates will be shared on our Instagram page.

For machine-embroidered shirts:
Please check individual product listings for specific timelines.

Can you create a different design for customised pieces?

Absolutely! If you have a design in mind that you haven’t seen us do before, we’d love to hear about it. Just email us at hello@deerfolks.com or DM us on Instagram.

Do note that pricing may vary depending on design complexity.

What colour schemes are available for customised hoop/embroidered Kanken work?

Almost any colour palette you can imagine!

If you’re unsure, you can browse our Instagram @deerfolks for inspiration or share your desired mood, elements, and vibe — we’ll suggest a few curated colour schemes for you to choose from.

Will I see a draft before stitching begins?

For customised hoop/embroidered Kanken work:
Yes! Before we start, we’ll send you a digital draft along with your chosen colour scheme for approval — so you’ll know exactly how your piece will look before it’s stitched.
